I found this recipe on Pinterest and tweaked it to be more WW friendly!
2c heart healthy bisquick
1 1/4c vanilla almond milk
3tbsp egg whites
Chopped up strawberries and raspberries
Fill mini muffin tin 3/4 full
I added the fruit on top
Bake 12 mins at 350 degrees
I also made chocolate chip and peanutbutter chip ones (I added 1 tbsp love vanilla) 2PP each
They are delicious. I am keeping them on a ziplock bag in my fridge.
